Services:
Initial Nutrition Intake Session (50 minutes)
In our first session, we will discuss your health history, your relationship with food both currently and in the past as well as what brings you here now. We will begin discussing your goals for our work together.
Follow-up Sessions (30 or 50 minutes)
In each follow-up session we will discuss what went well and what was challenging since we last met. We will continue to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors around food and your body. Frequently we may offer the option for homework, practicing certain skills in the weeks between sessions, as an opportunity for you to deepen your trust in your ability to nourish and care for your body.
Meal Support Session (45-60 minutes)
In these sessions we work to build eating skills that are aligned with your goals for nutritional counseling.
